Rai was most recently asked to lose weight for her upcoming role in Dhoom 2 (Big Bang 2), which is being shot in Namibia, Africa - famously the recent temporary home to new mum Angelina Jolie, who many consider to be the western Hollywood counterpart of Rai in beauty and fame.



Deepika, Rai's personal trainer, is putting the nicknamed "Ash" through two-hour workouts starting at 4 a.m. every morning. "Ash is a very dedicated actress and she is working to get into the skin of her role," Rai's manager, Hari Singh, told the Times of India newspaper.
